Privacy, Refund & Return Policy (English):

1. Privacy Policy:

   • The site is committed to protecting user privacy.
   • Personal data is collected only for specific purposes such as registration, providing services, or advertising.
   • User data will not be shared with third parties unless with the user’s consent or as required by law.
   • Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the support team.

2. Refund & Return Policy:

   • For Online Courses:
     • Users can request a cancellation and refund within 7 days from the purchase date if the course has started, or within 14 days if the course has not started.
     • Refund requests will not be accepted after 14 days or 7 days after the course has started.
   • For Group Buying Services:
     • If the required number of participants is not met for completing the group purchase, the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days.
     • If the user cancels after the required number is met, the deposit will be retained by the site.
   • For Events in the Agenda:
     • The refund policy for events is subject to the rules of the event organizer, not the website.

   Cancellation Procedure:

   • The user must submit a cancellation request via email, contact form, or any official social media channel.
   • The request will be reviewed by the support team within 3 working days.
   • The user will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of the cancellation request with reasons if rejected.

سياسة الخصوصية، الاسترجاع والاسترداد (عربي):

1. سياسة الخصوصية:

   • يلتزم الموقع بحماية خصوصية بيانات المستخدمين.
   • يتم جمع البيانات الشخصية فقط للأغراض المحددة مثل التسجيل أو توفير الخدمات أو الدعاية.
   • لن يتم مشاركة بيانات المستخدم مع أطراف ثالثة إلا بموافقة المستخدم أو عند الضرورة القانونية.
   • يمكن للمستخدمين طلب حذف بياناتهم الشخصية في أي وقت عبر التواصل مع فريق الدعم.

2. سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد:

   • للكورسات الأونلاين:
     • يمكن للمستخدم طلب إلغاء الاشتراك واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء إذا بدأ الكورس، أو خلال 14 يومًا إذا لم يبدأ الكورس.
     • لن يتم قبول طلبات الاسترداد بعد 14 يومًا أو بعد مرور 7 أيام من بدء الكورس.
   • لخدمات الشراء الجماعي:
     • إذا لم يكتمل العدد المطلوب لإتمام الشراء الجماعي، يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع كعربون خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 10 أيام عمل.
     • إذا قام المستخدم بإلغاء المشاركة بعد اكتمال العدد، يحتفظ الموقع بالمبلغ المدفوع كعربون.
   • للأحداث في الأجندة:
     • تخضع سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بالأحداث لقوانين الشخص المنظم للحدث وليس للموقع.

   إجراءات الإلغاء:

   • يجب على المستخدم إرسال طلب الإلغاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو نموذج الاتصال أو أي من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية.
   • يتم مراجعة الطلب من قِبل فريق الدعم في غضون 3 أيام عمل.
   • يتم إشعار المستخدم بقبول أو رفض طلب الإلغاء مع توضيح الأسباب في حال الرفض.
