2. Using the Website:

• The site is intended for use by dental professionals and individuals interested in the field.
• The user must be 18 years of age or older.
• The site must not be used for illegal purposes or in a way that harms the site or other users.

3. Registration and Account:

• To register, accurate and correct information must be provided.
• The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Each personal account is for one individual and login details must not be shared with others.
• If login details are shared, the user will be warned once before the account is permanently suspended, even if there is remaining time on a course subscription.
• The site reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating the terms.

4. Services Provided:

• 4.1 Online Courses:

  • All courses are owned by the site and its partners.
  • Re-sharing or redistribution of course content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Subscription plans for courses are time-limited as specified on the product purchase page.
  • Refund requests for courses can be made within 7 days of purchase, or within 14 days if the course has not started yet.

• 4.2 Agenda:

  • A calendar of events is provided, some of which may contain third-party links.
  • The site is responsible for booking tickets for events listed on the calendar, but the event provider or organizer is responsible for the quality of the execution.
  • The site acts as an intermediary to facilitate booking.
  • The refund policy for events follows the rules of the event organizer, not the company.

• 4.3 Group Buying:

  • A subscription fee is required to participate in group buying.
  • The site guarantees offers will only be presented when the required number of participants is met, but the offer may be canceled by the supplier in case of market instability.
  • Participants will be notified of any changes to the offer.
  • If the required number is not met, the site will contact the vendor on behalf of the completed participants, who may either complete the transaction with the available participants or cancel it.
  • If the vendor refuses to complete the deal with the available number, the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days using the original payment method.
  • If a participant refuses to complete the transaction after confirming their participation, the company retains the deposit.

  • Participant information in giveaways will be shared with prize providers.

  • Users can request cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase if the course has started, or within 14 days if the course has not started.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted after 14 days or 7 days after the course has started.

• For Group Buying Services:

  • If the required number for the group purchase is not met, the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days.
  • If the user cancels after the required number is met, the deposit is retained by the site.

• For Events in the Agenda:

  • Refund policies for events are subject to the rules of the event organizer.

Cancellation Procedure:

• The user must submit a cancellation request via email, contact form, or any official social media channel.
• The request will be reviewed by the support team within 3 working days.
• The user will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the cancellation request with an explanation in case of rejection.

7. Disclaimer:
